Five months ago had an ablation and noted that my usual heart rate of
of 60 -64 BPM were averaging 76 to 80 BPM. Did notice that going up a flight of stairs can feel slightly winded. Have not had a fib since and have been off all medication for a month. Can do more exercise without it triggering a fib a few hours later. The ablation done at Mayo used both radio frequency and the gryoblation...so far am feeling good.
