I will definitely heed your advice. It is a very painful therapy session. Well, not at first, but after the fun warm part, he gets in there and whoa! At any rate, I will need a pick me up right after. My poor hubby is doing soft tissue at home per docs request and he feels horrible afterwards, but he knows it's for my own good.
