Cathy - You're raised some interesting points. I am curious though as to whether what the Beverly Hills podiatrist is doing is spreading elsewhere or if that is unique to the LA area. The standards for both men and women to get work in the entertainment industry basically call for them to have "perfect" features and the volume of absurd procedures that people have done there is higher than in other communities. Personally I'm tired of the entertainment industry trying to foist their view of "reality" on the rest of us with distorted, unrealistic notions of which personal assets are the most important.
