Thanks for your question. If I am understanding what you are wanting to know, I think you are asking if there is any medical way your husband would know you had relations before, and to the best of my knowledge, there isn't. No doctor can look at you and tell definitively if you've had sex or not.
Unless your tell your husband of the relations, or someone else does, there is no way for him to know you had relations with your boyfriend. Why do you need to keep it a secret? Have you been dating your betrothed husband,for how long? Were you with the boyfriend before getting engaged? Is the marriage arranged? Some of this may be none of my business, so just don't answer in that regard. I mean no offense, I'm just trying to understand what's going on, and why you are concerned.
