To be honest with you, having sex once a week is actually pretty good in a long term relationship. It appears to me that you and your fiancé should talk about your sexual preferences. For example, how much would satisfy you in the relationship? How much would satisfy him?
As in any relationship, compromise is the answer to all our life questions about relationships. Sit down and talk to him about how you are feeling and see what his concerns are about your sex life and try to come to an agreement that each one of you may be sexually different (in the amount of sex needed) but can still come to a compromise.
Sex is actually a small portion of the relationship, communication will be key. Can you keep us posted?
