No one is able to tell you what type of risk you have when you miss pills and have unprotected sex, as every Women's body is different, and every cycle is different. The worst time to miss pills is the week after your period/withdrawal bleeding, as you would be without pills for a longer amount of time. You lessened your risk by using the withdrawal method. May I ask why you did not insist upon using a condom, since you knew you had missed pills?
