Thanks for your question. If you're trying to get pregnant, do you have a trusted OB/GYN you are working with? That would be your best resource for a "professional opinion." Two rules: if you get your period for more than a day, no matter how light or heavy, and no matter how much cramping you get, you're probably not pregnant. If you miss your period, or are only spotting, you should take a pregnancy test or call your doctor's office to schedule a pregnancy blood test to confirm a possible pregnancy.
