If you are wanting a child, you need to discuss with your doctor your ability to carry a child, and what (if any) affect it may have on your prolapse returning. I do not know if a c-section would avoid prolapse. Again, you need to discuss it with your doctor--the answers you receive may help you determine if you truly are ready to go for #3.
