As stated, it looks from the information you provided that the test was negative for pregnancy. If you are really concerned, and can't wait for the doctor to return on Oct. 5th, do you want to go back to where you took the test, or call the clinic and ask someone to explain the results to you so you can verify for yourself what you think it says?
