Anonymous, my first question is what exactly are you eating? What specifically, how often, how many calories, etc? If by going gluten free you have inadvertently put yourself on something similar to an Atkins diet, that can cause dizziness in some people, because it can cause metabolic changes such as ketosis that are not always safe or well tolerated. It just depends on whether your diet is balanced or not.

We have a video by Dr. Andrew Weil about going gluten free: https://www.empowher.com/diets/content/gluten-free-diet-can-people-without-celiac-disease-benefit-dr-weil, we also have articles on Atkins such as this one: https://www.empowher.com/providers/article/low-fat-vs-low-carb-making-sense-all-diet-hype.

Please keep in mind also that the dizziness could be caused by something unrelated to diet. If it continues or is of concern, I suggest you contact your health care provider for a check up. If you want to discuss your diet further, please write again with a little more detail and we will be happy to dig up information for you. Thank you for writing.
