Alison.....I hope you are still connected to this page!>......I have been searching for hours on this topic. I have the Mirena and have had it in place for nearly 3 years. I have always used tampons and had no problem, however tonight before getting into the shower I went to remove my tampon and did feel a sharp pain and now my strings are superlow...like less than a half inch inside! Where before I could barely feel them!!...I'm trying to figure out if it would still be in place, dislodged or whatever!...No insurance makes trips to the Dr a need to go basis!! Thoughts, tips, or comments.....help!
