Most pregnancy tests are more accurate if you wait a week after a missed period to take them. Try and relax. Stress can mess up your cycle. If you miss your period, take a test. If you are overly concerned, then you may want to call your doctor's office who prescribed your birth control pills, and ask them what they think.

Bottom line, if you forget to take pills, you may want to use a backup method of birth control. Good luck and let us know what happens.
