Vaginas are very elastic, and regain their shape after vaginal births. There are a few rare exceptions, but have you noticed a change, or just your spouse? (I am wondering if he is assuming your vagina has lost its "shape"--which is not possible--and is reacting to a misconception?)
If you think there is something medically wrong or changed about your vagina, it is important to go to your gynecologist for a medical examination.
