13 percent body fat is still extremely low, so you may not see a change in your cycles yet. According to the American Council on Exercise, even female athletes should be at 14-20 percent body fat, and some of them would not have periods, either. I think the average for an average non-athlete female is ballpark around 20 percent.
You don't say if you have been ill or have an eating disorder or some other issue, but I would hope you are working with a health care professional to become a healthy weight.
