Hi Anonymous

Have you seen an orthopaedic surgeon or podiatrist? It is possible this is plantar fasciitis or an issue with falling arches, in which case the solution could be as simple as orthotics in your shoes. The area of pain is classic for plantar fasciitis. We have information on this: https://www.empowher.com/condition/plantar-fasciitis/definition.

If you see an ortho or podiatrist they may do xrays but they may also be able to diagnose just from the symptoms if it is plantar fasciitis. If that's the diagnosis, you can do exercises that help tremendously and wear orthotics in your shoes, and some people wear a brace thing while they are sleeping to keep that foot in position which can also decrease pain significantly.

It's worth checking into, because your pain could lessen in a hurry with the right diagnosis. Good luck and please keep us posted.
