There are a zillion reasons for changes in your menstrual cycle. Stress, diet, exercise, medications, age, and sometimes they just change a little over time. If you used a contraceptive odds are you are not pregnant.
Give it a little more time, maybe another week or two, and if you still don't get it test again. Then make an appointment with your gynecologist for a checkup. But I bet you'll have your period before any of that is necessary.
