Hi,
There is no timeline as to when you will get your period; it could be next cycle by the time your menstrual cycle is back-on-track.
If you know that you have hypochondriac "tendencies", what can you do to help you get through the next 2-3 weeks without thinking in your head that you have every medical condition known to man (or woman)? :-)
The most likely symptoms that you are experiencing are due to an upcoming period. Pregnancy is actually difficult to achieve, especially when not actively trying (meaning: being off of birth control and having unprotected sex consistently). Even with the best of intentions, women only have a 20% chance of conception each cycle.
