Yoga is an excellent means of relieving stress. Practicing postures helps relieve tensions throughout the body which in turn help release tension/stress in the mind; so, Yoga is a good quick fix for stress. Yoga encourages slow, deep breathing which also helps release tensions in the body and mind.
