Health Queen - How refreshing to hear from someone who advocates for prevention measures and self responsibility in taking care of one's health. I get tired of nonstop advertising aimed at making people believe they need to buy some product or get some prescription to have good health! We have so much power within ourselves - now if people would just use it!
