Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. If I understand you correctly, you're asking if you can take the first week of pills from one pack and then resume the pack from last month? You may want to verify with your doctor, but I don't think that would be a problem. Check the product insert that came with the pills, I think it probably says to use a backup method of birth control for the first week to ensure no unwanted pregnancy.
