Thanks for your question and for finding EmpowHER. Have you discussed your desire for another child with your OB? It may be a good idea, and also to get their take on how to proceed with tracking your period. I believe (although I'm not a doctor) that you may need to wait until you get another period to start tracking/trying to get pregnant. Your period can be altered after taking PlanB.
