The back pain and abdominal pain you experienced 4 days after having sex would not have been pregnancy related; it actually takes 10-14 days after ovulation (when you would be fertile to become pregnant if you had sex) until implantation (when a fertilized egg implants in your uterus, beginning the process of pregnancy and related symptoms). You would not have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms that early; most women do not have any symptoms that are distinguishable from a period until AFTER a missed period.
You will need to wait until November 18th for your period to either begin, or take a home pregnancy test.
Since you are still breastfeeding, you can experience irregular bleeding patters (changes in period is all that means) such as lighter period, irregular cycle length, or breakthrough bleeding (bleeding in between periods). All of this is normal.
