You are right: dry humping does not cause pregnancy. Since you know this, why are you worried about pregnancy? Dry humping, or "outercourse", is a actually a form of safer sex...congratulations! There is no risk of pregnancy or STDs/STIs.

Any pain you are experiencing, if it continues, you may want to talk to a doctor. It takes 10-14 days for a women to become pregnant (from ovulation to implantation), so anything you did 2 days ago would not be related to pregnancy.
