Thanks for your question. Generally speaking, if you feel like you have to urinate (especially after sex), it's best to heed the call and avoid getting an infection. I cannot tell you what it is. Just that if it concerns you, call your doctor's office and ask them if it warrants a visit with the doctor. Would you say it's just an urgency, or do you experience burning with the urination. Do you use a water-based lubrication during sex at all? Do you think you are experiencing any other symptoms? Let us know so we can help you to advocate with your doctor.
