It sounds like your boyfriend is saying what he means, that he is no longer in love with you. His actions are also mirroring his feelings. I am not sure how many times he needs to tell you that he no longer loves you, but then "takes it back" because of course he CARES about you and does not want to see you hurt.
Why do you choose to be in a relationship that is clearly over, by his communication and his actions? Not all relationships are meant to be, and it sounds like it is time to move on and find joy and love within other relationships; those people that are more dedicated to you. It is no one's fault, but please allow your boyfriend to tell you his true feelings without feeling guilty. You can find someone who loves you back, and first, you may need to find what you love about yourself, so that you do not choose to stay in relationships after they are over.
