Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. It is normal for your period to change periodically. If the changes concern you, don't be afraid to call your doctor. Doctors typically want to see you if you haven't had a period in 90 days and aren't pregnant. If you are pregnant, you should call your doctor to get an appointment. Have you taken a home pregnancy test just to verify you aren't pregnant? If it's negative, something else may be going on that is causing secondary amenorrhea.
