First, I am very sorry to hear about your miscarriage. When women miscarry, as your doctor told you, you may experience irregular periods for the next several weeks as your hormone levels change while you are pregnant and the symptoms will gradually disappear. Such as your sore breasts which is one large symptom for pregnancy.

The sporadic periods are not uncommon. Is this your main concern?
