Correct: your symptoms indicate that your body most likely can not tolerate any more alcohol. It means you have what is called alcohol dependence. When you drink, and are unable to stop until you pass out or hallucinate, you drink a lot when you drink...you have gone over the point of moderate alcohol consumption into alcohol dependence. The more you drink, the more damage you can do to your body.

There is help. There is counseling, medication and prevention strategies. There are support groups. If you do not like your previous doctors, you can seek new medical experts-- but not liking a doctor because they provide you with the necessary treatment (forced admission to a hospital is not based on a "bad doctor", it is based on the necessary treatment to prevent you from harming yourself. it is THAT bad of a condition that you have. Every time you drink alcohol, you are are harming yourself).

You can review this information, as alcoholism (alcohol dependence) may be what you are dealing with: https://www.empowher.com/media/reference/alcohol-abuse-and-alcoholism.

Please, please seek help. Counseling, medical doctors...you will need a team of supportive experts and family to help, and strong resolve to get through this, but you can do it!
