There are so many stress management tips...you just need to find the ones that work best for you. What do you already do in your life when you are most stressed? Sleep? Call a friend? Watch TV? Go for a walk? Surf on the internet? Tackle the problem that is causing the stress? Take deep breaths? Think positive thoughts? Write in a journal? Stretch?

A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Any more than this, and you are losing muscle mass or just water weight. Good luck!
