Hi Anonymous,
It is human to have trouble at times. Not everyone can be "up" all the time. Being here and participating in group or individual therapy is a great step. But when you reach those lowest of lows, and don't have anyone to talk to...
Contact emergency services (911 in the USA) if you feel you may do harm to yourself or someone else.
Call your doctor or go to a hospital or clinic and ask for help.
OR
Contact any and all of these for assistance:
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: ]]>www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org]]>, (800) 273-8255 (TALK), or (888) 628-9454 (en Espanol)
Crisis counseling: (800) 999-9999
or Google: International Suicide Helpline Numbers

Is this medication yours, or for someone else? What's your geographical location?

We want you to get better, and are here to provide inspiration and support. If you are in need of help, reach out to one of those organizations, a family member or friend, or dial 911 if you feel like you may harm yourself or someone else.
