To clarify, you can eat cooked eggs that are not part of an ingredient; the eggs that are fine on your stomach are those eaten by themselves (cooked), as in boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, etc.

You are having trouble with cake mixes, quiche. I'm curious why you have pinpointed eggs as being the culprit? If you are able to eat eggs alone, why would you assume the eggs are causing pain in a mixed or multi-ingredient meal (in other words: there are many, many other ingredients that could be causing pain, since you are not sensitive to eggs).

Are you able to narrow down your symptoms after eating certain store-bought vs. restaurant-made cakes? Are you only symptomatic after eating cake from a cake mix at your house (or friend's house), but can eat other types of cakes? Are you able to eat other baked goods? Eggs are in so many different foods, that you may be eating eggs or egg products unknowingly in mixed/combination recipes.

Try to keep a food diary, and watch for triggers. See if it is certain brands of cake mixes and quiches, if it is baked goods made at a particular house or restaurant. See if you can eat other foods with egg (sometimes you don't even know there are eggs, such as in many pasta dishes).
