Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. Bear in mind we're not doctors, but let's try to help you get to the bottom of what's going on.
Do you keep track of your symptoms on paper, or in a device of some sort? It probably would be helpful to explain to a doctor, and also to know if what you are experiencing is real cause for concern. Pain is rarely a good thing. I know how it can be to visit with a doctor, list all your concerns, and have the doctor look at you like you're from outer space. I only visit with a doctor every few years, so it's always a barrage of questions, and I feel like a hypochondriac--but ask the questions. That's what they are there for, to provide quality care. You are good to advocate for your health.
Try and take things one-at-a-time. For instance, how persistent are your headaches? When do you get them? On a scale of 1 to 10, how bad are they? 1 being "not bad," and 10 being "can't get out of bed," or "need to go to the hospital." Knowing how bad, what time of the month, and if your headaches respond to OTC pain medication (things like that) may help a doctor to know what could be causing it, and how to treat the condition. You may want to try avoiding things you have noticed are triggers for your headaches. Here is a list that may be of some help: Migraine Prevention
I'm not sure why you think your bones are growing abnormally. Can you try to explain this more? What type of cyst do you have? Is this a recent finding? And what's the problem with your ear? Do you have hearing loss? Or is it just congestion and allergy/cold-type problems?
Do you lead an active lifestyle, and do you try to eat right? A lot of times, just trying to eat right and get some physical activity can help alleviate some stiffness and pain. Perhaps you may want to visit with your doctor to develop a good program to help you feel better.
I'm not sure any of this is helping. Just some things to consider. Take it with a grain of salt, and act on what you think is right for you.
Good luck, and let us know how you are doing.
