Bah. This is the same conventional wisdom that the medical industry has been extoling for years. Not all calories are the same. Choose food with a low glycemic index and get moderate exercise. This includes high fat animal based foods as well. You know, the ones that our human ancestors have been following for 99.9% of human history? If you can't shoot it, pick it, or dig it out of the ground, don't put it your body.
