Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. It is important to keep up with your medication and whatever therapy your doctor has prescribed to help control your mood and improve stability. Additionally, here are some things you can do at home to help your condition:
- Quit drinking or using illicit drugs (if you need help, contact your healthcare provider to ask how they can assist you in quitting bad habits)
- Steer clear of unhealthy relationships
- Get regular exercise
- Get plenty of sleep
