Good news! Menstrual blood does not actually supply nutrients to the baby...that is the placenta's job. Your body does not store menstrual blood (I assume that was your thought?).
In your specific case, you ovulated three months ago, and your uterine lining was found to be a good environment for the fertilized egg to implant.
Have you been to your OB/GYN for prenatal appointments?
