Light period, frequent urination, tiredness but I'm a virgin

I know this thread is like 4 years ago, but I do have the exact same symptoms with you right now. I'm still a virgin, did a foreplay, and worried if anything goes through inside my vagina, since I was also fully clothed that time. I have PCOS that's why having an irregular period is normal for me, but this month my period was light and now I am in my 5th day. I had frequent urination, fatigue (i don't know if it is fatigue or not since I am a med-student), and a terrible cramp in my first period, which is normal for me.

I was in a very stress condition since about 2 weeks ago because of my worries and anxiety. Can this be all because I have an excessive worry??

And how did you treat this problem 4 years ago? What did you do further? Did you take a test? I took a test before my period and it was negative...

Can a virgin get pregnant though? When I found out about this I immediately started stressing!

I was worried incase the brown discharge was implantation bleeding. It has been going on for 3 days after my very light period. I was worried incase my period was even implantation bleeding. My periods don't usually last as long as this

When we had foreplay he masturbated himself over my chest and nowhere near my vagina, but then obviously with semen on his hands he wiped it and then took a while to find his t-shirt and then about 3 minutes he fingered me. He said his hands were dry so it's not as if they were soaking in semen. My period was 2 days late and really lighter than normal. About two weeks before that I was stressed about exams and moving on to use contraception. When it was two days late I stressed even more and when it eventually did come it was very light. The first 2 days it came out quite heavily when I urinated but very little blood was present in the sanitary towel and now its day 5 i have a brown discharged colour. My periods before were heavy and lasted 3 days. I have been stressing a lot and have headaches, 2 cases of diahorrea, tiredness and frequent urination. I went to the doctor and told her and she said that it was very unlikely and prescribed me the pill but I still can't stop stressing. Are these symptoms due to stressing? I really don't want to be pregnant. I am a virgin and any sexual act that I have done I have always been careful.
