Anon - YOU should not do anything. Your girlfriend should schedule an appointment with her gynecologist if she has concerns about her period. If the two of you are concerned together that you will need to use some form of birth control in the future than you need to reach an agreement on who will take responsibility for this, and what form of contraceptive to use.
