2tiredkat,

Perhaps your weight fluctuation could be playing a role. Along with Alison's question on your height-- do you exercise regularly? Exercise can help tremendously with energy-- but it can also be detrimental when we over-exhaust ourselves or we exercise without eating what we should eat. Many times we tend to eat significantly less and exercise while trying to lose weight when in reality we should be eating more (healthier options, but still more).

Also, the weight coming back could be playing a major role. You feeling bloated, uncomfortable, "bigger" can definitely be the cause of exhaustion. Lots of times the way we feel about ourselves can play a major role on our health and energy. I also noticed that you mentioned no job-- does this stop you from going out? Could the stress of not having a job be playing a role? Have you ever suffered from depression?

I'm sorry for all the questions, just trying to get better insight because it seems that your decreased energy has more to do with your state of mind than you may think. This is probably why your labs came back normal and you still feel drained.
