Hi Kelise86 - Thanks for your question, and seeking information to support your health. I'm sorry you're scared right now, but having more information should help. Lumps and bumps are such are normal for most women, the absolutely perfect breasts shown in advertisements and for other purposes are not. :-)

The sharp pain may, or more likely may not, be cause for alarm. Please do see your doctor, and please do continue to observe any changes in your breasts and keep track of them. You're already doing an excellent job of this, by the way.

Please also read this article about breast and nipple pain, which is known by the clinical term mastalgia, and is fairly common in women your age. Sharp pain is most likely related to hormonal changes, and I think the information in the article will help reassure you until you're able to see your doctor.
