Thanks for posting and Congratulations!
Usually, I am not one to tell our readers "yes, stop doing this" or "no, don't do that" but in your case-- YES YOU SHOULD STOP FLYING. Your first trimester is crucial and it is very important that you take good care of yourself--physically and emotionally. The risk of a miscarriage is at its greatest in your first trimester. Though you can still exercise (after you have seen your OB/Gyn), flying is too high risk for a pregnant woman.

Although you are a professional athlete, there are no guarantees that you will never fall (mat or no mat) or injure yourself and your baby. Take it easy-- perhaps take a break from cheering and go into coaching during your pregnancy? Like I said, once you've seen your OB and he or she determines that you can continue exercising during your pregnancy--by all means, stay in good shape for you and the baby. But no flying, please?
