Thanks for your question and for joining EmpowHER. To the best of my knowledge, there is no way a doctor can tell if you've been pregnant before. I would like to add that a doctor is bound by doctor-patient confidentiality which means that they are not allowed to share information about your personal health history unless explicitly allowed by you in written form. It is to your benefit to be honest with your doctors so you can receive the best possible care based on your personal health history.
