Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. I'm sure you've heard that our periods can change in duration and consistency from month to month. There are many things that can affect your period like sickness, exercise intensity, weight loss, eating habits, stress, etc.
If you are concerned, you can always give your doctor's office a call and see what they suggest. It's always a good idea to track these things so if you do end up calling the doctor or having an appointment, you can effectively relay it to your health care professional.
