Thank you for your question and Welcome to Empowher. It appears that you are suffering with several different symptoms and you should certainly get a physicians professional opinion.
You said you were at the Urologist and they wanted to put you on a lifetime of meds...what was the meds or what was the condition they were treating?
As for the weight gain, my first thought would be possible thyroid issues....have you ever had any issues or checkups on your thyroid?
Since you have so many different things going on, please let us know what the doctors have already diagnosed you with....this may help break down some of your symptoms.
