The same situation also happened to me, i woke up one day and couldn't remember anything, i looked around trying to regain my memory, i know my name but i can't remember the date, the place where i am, the things i should do, my degree program, and even my boyfriend then i saw my phone and checked it, i relaxed for a while until my memory slowly returned. that incident last for how many minutes. and it was very hard to explain... i was worried because people might not believe me if i tell them what happened, I'm new to this and i've never heard about this kind of situation. i was afraid to consult the doctor because that feeling of short term memory loss is very hard to explain, im afraid he might think i'm crazy...
