Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. We're glad you're here. Dyspareunia (painful intercourse) is a medical condition, and you may want to set up an appointment with your gynecologist to get this taken care of. They will rule out a physical reason (besides for the excessive dryness) that's getting in the way of your intimacy. They also can refer you to an emotional health specialist as needed to try and see if they can help you that way also. I know how hard it can be to get back in the swing of being with with your husband after giving birth. And it's compounded by pain when you attempt--no fun! You can get back to the fun part.
