You are absolutely right- a healthy immune system keeps you healthy.
Here are a few tips to keep your immune system healthy:
Don't smoke
Eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low in saturated fats
Exercise regularly
Get adequate sleep
Drink alcohol in moderation
Manage stress effectively
