If your LMP was 12 days ago and you are starting to have clear discharge then that's perfectly fine-- usually ovulation occurs at or around 14 days after your LMP so 12 days is perfect. Not every woman is the same and while you may ovulate after 12 days, I may ovulate at 15 days and someone else may ovulate at 13 days.
How long have you had periods that were 45 days apart? I know you don't want to go on a pill to regulate your period but there are low estrogen options out there that can help.
