Thank you for your question and for joining EmpowHER. Oh the joys of getting older, huh? If you have a job like mine where you sit at a desk for countless hours pounding away at a keyboard, this could be the root of your trouble. Do you find time for exercise? Even doing 20 minutes of walking or a little bit of yoga may do the trick to get your blood pumping and keep those joints and muscles lubricated and flexible. The soreness can be exacerbated by being sick too, so be sure and get loads of rest in those times, and get moving again when you are feeling better. Drinking water also is good for overall health.
