Thank you for your question. I had the same issue looking for a good foot doctor recently. The best thing for you to do is call the number on the back of your insurance card and request doctor names in your area that will be covered under your insurance.
Secondly, once you find the doctors who will be covered, you can possibly schedule consultations to see if you will be comfortable with a certain physician.
