I had a surgical abortion October fifth I bleed 3 weeks then on the 5 of November I got a normal period now today the third of December I found pink discharge when I wipe I'm hoping this is normal not sign of infection its not early pregnancy as I haven't had unprotected sex I'm having lots of back pain and pains in my abdomen
